  • We do not track your location continuously or when the app is not in active use.

  • Unique device identifiers

How We Use Your Information

To Provide Emergency Response

When you trigger SOS:

  • Send your GPS location to nearest ambulance operator

  • Notify your emergency contacts with your location

  • Share your medical information and insurance details with the hospital

  • Enable real-time tracking of ambulance arrival

To Improve Our Service

  • Analyze app performance and fix technical issues

  • Understand how features are used to make improvements

  • Test new features and functionality

How We Share Your Information

During Emergencies (With Your Consent)

When you trigger SOS, we share:

  • Your location, name, and medical information with ambulance operators

  • Your medical information with hospitals

  • Your location and emergency status with your designated emergency contacts

With Service Providers

We work with trusted partners who help us run QSoS:

  • Cloud hosting providers (to store your data securely)

  • Map services (to provide GPS tracking)

  • Notification services (to send WhatsApp and push notifications)

  • Analytics providers (to understand app performance)

These partners can access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to protect your data.

With Emergency Contacts You Choose

Your designated emergency contacts can:

  • See your real-time status during active SOS

  • Track ambulance arrival status

  • Access your medical information during emergencies

You control who your emergency contacts are. You can add or remove them anytime.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, such as:

  • Responding to court orders or legal processes

  • Protecting our rights or property

  • Investigating fraud or security issues

  • Protecting public safety

What We Never Do

We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal information to anyone

  • Share your data with advertisers

  • Track your location when you're not using the app

  • Use your health data for purposes other than providing QSoS services

  • Share your information with insurance companies without your explicit consent

Your Choices and Controls

Access and Update Your Information

  • View all your personal data in the app under Profile

  • Update your information anytime

  • Download a copy of your data by emailing info@triqare.com

Location Permissions

  • Location access is required only for SOS functionality

  • You can enable/disable location in your device settings

  • Note: Disabling location will prevent SOS from working properly

Emergency Contacts

  • Add, edit, or remove emergency contacts anytime

  • Decide who can see your health information

  • Emergency contacts can remove themselves from monitoring you

Notifications

  • Control which notifications you receive

  • Note: Emergency SOS notifications cannot be disabled for your safety

Marketing Communications

  • Opt out of promotional emails and announcements

  • You'll still receive critical service updates and emergency alerts

Delete Your Account

  • Request account deletion by emailing info@triqare.com

  • We'll delete your personal information within 30 days

  • Some information may be retained for legal compliance

Data Retention

How Long We Keep Your Data:

  • Account information: Until you delete your account

  • SOS history: Retained indefinitely for safety and liability reasons

  • Health data: Retained for 7 years (medical record requirement)

  • Device/usage data: Retained for 2 years for service improvement

After Deletion: Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days but will not be accessible.

Children's Privacy

QSoS is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you're a parent and believe your child has provided information to us, contact info@triqare.com and we'll delete it immediately.

International Data Transfers

Your data is stored in India.

If you're accessing QSoS from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India. By using QSoS, you consent to this transfer.

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do:

  • We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top

  • We'll notify you via email or in-app notification for significant changes

  • Your continued use of QSoS after changes means you accept the updated policy
